Jutsu Application
Name of Jutsu: What is it called English or Japanese .
Rank: State what rank the jutsu is.
Jutsu Type: What is it? Gen, Nin, Fuuin, etc.
Founding Clan or Ninja: Delete as applicable and then state the name of the ninja or clan that created.
Bloodline Required: State weather a bloodline limit is needed to do this jutsu.
Chakra Element: What chakra element is required if any, remember there could be two needed.
Description: Describe to us who you got or made it, how it is activated, how much chakra is required etc.
