Personality: Kae is a nervous little thing after an incident with her brother a couple of years ago. She finds sitting still difficult as she is paranoid and constantly needs to be looking around. This has lead to her observing slight changes that most people would overlook. She is quiet most of the time but at night she screams in her sleep. She needs to be around her brother to be secure and relaxed.If he is out of site she is becomes jittery. When she can focus her mind she is incredibly intelligent but when she can’t focus she often blurts out random facts.
Description:
Kae is a small girl with white hair and ash grey eyes. She wheres a short black top that stops just below her chest. Her upper body is wrapped in traditional ninja bandages and she wears short cut pants with regular ninja sandles.[/I].

Background: Kae was born the youngest twin by four minutes to her parents. They lived in Amegakure in a peaceful time as the talks for the ninja academy began. Her childhood was normal and happy for the most part, she spent all her time with her brother Ishu and as a result was never very girly. They were inseperable.
Life was almost perfect as they joined the academy to become genin. When they turned nine the teachers sent a report home that showed the twins were both progressing at a steady pace and that Kae seemed to be doing particularly well with taijutsu skills whereas her brother seemed to have knack for genjutsu. In response to their report their father decided they should start developing their own techniques. Kae set about developing her own fierce jutsu style, putting chakra into her limbs to strengthen and quicken her blows (nothing near the scale tsunade and sakura do btw). While she was doing this Ishu was spending time off on his own in the woods more and more. Kae didn’t like her brother being so far away and although her father told her to leave her brother in peace, Kae went out to find him and see what he was up to.
This was the turning point in her life. Ishu had infact been developing his own genjutsu using his angelic singing voice. Their father had showed him how to develope his own and told him to practice where people wouldn’t accidentaly get caught in it. Kae was wandering around in the woods looking for him when she heard the voice. Instantly she was caught in the genjutsu and a gruesome and horrific scene was played out over and over before her. She had no way of breaking the genjutsu herself and was trapped, screaming and crying for hours in the woods before someone found her. Her memory of the scene has faded now though she dreams of it every night and screams in her out as she does. She can’t remember anything other than being in the woods and then waking in the hospital with her brother close by. The genjutsu had scrambled her mind. She became quiet and withdrawn and heavily paranoid often murmuring to herself or telling people random pieces of information. The only person who calmed her mind and made her thoughts form properly was her brother. To this day she is unaware he caused her thoughts to garble but when she is with him she feels safe. She come out of her shell and has fun as long as he is around. She retained her memories from before the incident and continued training with her taijutsu though it took an irratic twist. She still used chakra to enhance it but it was now as unpredictable as drunken fist, making it extremely dangerous. She even learnt jutsu and could follow out instructions as long as they were explained clearly to her before hand.
She works well with her brother, when he uses genjutsu she defends him as somehow she has become immune to his genjutsu. They passed the exam together on a two man squad and were chosen to be sent to the Academy shortly afterwards..

Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
