Village or Country of Origin: Amegakure .
Personality: Boisterous, loud and insane the three most important asspects oh his personality... or personalities.
He enjoyes fun, and conversations.. unfortuantly his fun usually comes at the expence of others and the conversations dont require anyone else to be presant.
He is protective of his twin little sister, Kae Hakkyou and becoumes fierce when defend herand will defend her to the death, this is not only becouse he is the "big Brother" it is becouse she is the way she is becouse of him.
He has always been insane, he has a voice in his mind this voice can be anything from helpful to maliciouse.
This has also caused him to suffer from insomnia since it is never quite enough for him to sleep.
He speaks in a quie, eerie angelic voice, this can turn to a barrage of raving nonsense in stressful situations but it does not lose its eerie angelic sound.
Description:

Background: Ishu was born the oldest twin by four minutes to his parents. They lived in Amegakure in a peaceful time as the talkes for the ninja academy began. his childhood was not as normal as his sisters, he had a voice in his head that he shared with his family once. Then being told that it would pass, he decided that when it did not pass to keep it to himself. He spent all his time with his sister they were inseperable.
Life was almost perfect as they joined the academy to becoume Genin. When they tunred nine the teachers sent a report home showing that the twins were improving steadly, but that Ishu was Exelant at Genjutsu even at this age and that Kae was Suppirior at Taijutsu. When this happened there parents seperated them so that they could work on there own strength's.
He would be out in the woods tarining almost all of the free time he got, he had no idea how much his sister missed him, he had finnished the creation of his strongest move when Kae wandered in on him. This is when he ruined her life, He was practicing a mass effect genjutsu using his angelic singing voice, unfortuantly when she came within hearing distance she was afffected, she wasn't found for hours afterwords and she was never the same again, The guild Ishu felt for doing this was so great that he swore to protect her so learned to use signiture serated curved blades.
Weather its something in his subconsiuse or hers, Kae is unafected by Ishu's gentjutsu.
They passed the exam in a two man squad since she was imune to him and no one else was it was the perfect team.
