Name of Clan: Fuyu
Name of Bloodline: Tenshoku za wairudo - Calling the Wild
Bloodline Stages: Though the kekkei genkai is present from birth, most do not know how to use it until they are children or teenagers. Until then, the kekkei genkai is all but inert; some may experience animals seem to follow them, or an angered animal may become docile. This could be a so-called’stage zero’.
Stage One: Primary Call: The clan member is able to change into a single animal close to their own weight (within 50lbs of their human weight). The bloodline is initially activated during or shortly after a time of heightened danger or stress. Note: All animal forms, in every stage, will correspond to the user’s age, i.e. if the user is twelve, their animal forms will be sub-adults.
Stage Two: Secondary Call: The user can become two to four animals, and their weight can be a little further from that of the user’s human form; 100lbs. The animals themselves depend on what creature would work best in the situation the user is in at the time. The user’s senses may be slightly sharper, and they can be slightly faster or stronger than they would be without the bloodline limit.
Stage Three: Tertiary Call: The forms once again go up in number; up to ten animals, and their weights can range for 300lbs away from the user’s human size. By the tertiary call, the user’s human strength, speed, senses and endurance has increased by five percent, though this uses chakra and renders the user near unconscious due to the strain.
Stage Four: Final Call: The user reaches their limit of around twenty to thirty possible forms, which can have up to a 600lbs weight difference to the human user. The user’s human abilities have increased by ten percent, but to use a form so different to their human one puts great strain on the body; overuse of this stage can shorten the human’s life.
Bloodline Side Effects: The main drawback is that if the user is pinned or restrained in any way, they are trapped in whatever form they currently hold. Whilst this has no real damaging effect for short periods of time, after an hour or so, if the user is in one of their alternate forms, they start to feel faint, dizzy, and their co-ordination starts to deteriorate. After a number of hours, exactly how long depends on the individual, they can potentially pass into a coma. Changing back also becomes extremely difficult and, when managed, excruciatingly painful.
