Bloodline Limit Application
Name of Clan: The name of the clan that your bloodline belongs to. This is usually your characters surname.
Name of Bloodline: The name that has been given to your bloodline.
Bloodline Stages: Please list stages of your bloodlines abilities in detail. You can have anywhere between one and six stages. Please also state how these are activated and what stages your character can do.
Bloodline Side Effects: No bloodline is without it's drawbacks, please describe them to us in detail.
