Yuzumi was standing outside her office with her back against the door. She was glaring at a fly on the wall opposite her as though it was to blame for this nuicense. She had drawn the short straw as it were when Kimikage told them that either she or senri had to welcome the first couple of students and register them. This was clearly because she was a woman. She sighed, she was going to kick their butts for this.

Ishu and his sister had just arrived at the school, the heavens had opened and the rain was coming down by the bucked full. There Ishu stood slightly taller than his sister covering her with his jacket, his wet hair stuck to his face and his loths stuck to his body.
They knew that they were ment to register at the office building so decided to go there, they walked briskly becouse of the rain. Ishu was talking to his sister the entire way, mainly to calm her down but also to drown out the voice in his mind that was actually being quieter than usual. " This should be fun, shouldn't it sis ?", He insisted on calling her sis it seamed more loving than first names.
He was walking slightly behind her to make sure that she felt safe, and she kept dry, he knew that the last thing they wanted on her first day was her to skitz or catch a cold.
They arrived at the Office and he opened the door for her and waited for her to enter, keeping her covered the whole way.

Kae clung tight to her brothers arm on the walk from the gates to the building. Noticing the two chuunin standing guard as they passed through the ornate gate. She was enjoying the sound the rain made as it pelted down on her Ishu's jacket. He was getting soaked so she could be dry. She thought about how kind he was as she glanced this way and that, taking in the view of the vast grounds and huge structure that was the school. "Yes, it should," she said vaguely. Her mind was in five places at once. She would miss her parents and their home but at least she was staying by Ishu's side. She wanted to go to the bridge she spied over a pond far off in the grounds, the rain hitting the water would be pretty. Kae also wanted to see their room to make sure it was not gender seperate, she wanted to stay close to Ishu.
She stepped in the door and looked around the office doors and read the names on the little signs on each door. Kimikage Jisatsu, Senri and Yuzumi Setsuzen. Considering the girl she was now staring at was outside the door that read Yuzumi she guessed that was her name. She waited for Ishu to be in out of the rain before proceding forward. Her head was twisting this way and that trying to absorb every detail of the room.

Yanagi proceeded through the gates at a measured pace; not quite slow, but not rushing either. She had to move slower than usual in a new place, until she’d memorised the layout. She had to register, so finding that building was the first thing to do... The rain was slightly distracting, but she listened past it for any sounds that could help her as she slowed her meditative walk to a stop. Footsteps...two pairs, heading away from her. Slightly strange sounding, as if the people were leaning as they walked. Very close together. Light; that usually meant the people were young or small.
Hoping they were heading where she was, or that they could at least point her in the right direction, she set off after them, though didn’t hurry to catch up. She was always careful about where she was walking when she didn’t know the ground.
She heard their footsteps change as the pair stepped indoors, measuring the distance between them and her so she knew roughly when to stop and feel for the door. It wouldn’t do to go walking into the door before she’d even spoken to anyone, would it?
Reaching and opening it without incident, Yanagi stepped inside, pushing her hood down as she closed the door behind her and shook her head slightly to dispel the few stray raindrops that had clung to the front of her hair. She stood quietly just inside the doorway, listening to the faint noises in the room, waiting to be addressed or for some other clue as to what she was meant to do next.

As the door open and the first two entered she raised her arm and gestured with her thumb towards her office. "Welcome, come in here and we'll get you registered as soon as the last one gets here," she explained. Her face didn't lighten from her usual angry one but she tried to force her voice from it's usual fierceness. She was told not to scare them and in all honesty she was saving that for when she got to teach them. The boy seemed kind and the girl rather jumpy. They looked kind similar too which made her presume they were siblings. She disliked the girls staring but there was no point causing a fuss about it. She had some chairs ready in front of her desk and expected them to make use of them.
Shortly after they entered her office the door opened again. She was glad this one wasn't much later than the other too or she'd have been standing around all day. The girl stood around in a way that made Yuzumi think she was waiting for something. She noted that all though she was facing her, the girl didn't seem to be looking at her. Was she blind? " Welcome, please follow me into my office," she repeated. She'd have offered help but she figured if she was blind and needed assistance she wouldn't have made it to the building and on that note wouldn't have even applied to join the academy. Yuzumi made her way into the office and sat herself down on her side of the desk.

Ishu directed his sister into a chair and stood behind her leaning on the back of her chair his chin inches form the top of her head, if she got a fright now he was in trouble. He refused to sit for a few reasons, one being that he was wet and he wanted to keep his damp cold cloths from touching him, the voice in his head was telling him that if he sat there he woud be playing just the way "they" wanted him to, ... he hated "there" game, so he nodded to himslef agreeing with the voice, But the last and largest reason was again to keep his sister content.
He heard the door open and his head shot away from where it was resting and snapped round to see what it was, he moved his head becouse if his sister reacted as fast as she could he would be lucky to not have his teeth smacked together.
He saw that it was a girl, she looked a normal, this was a reliefe he was half expecting a bunch of wierdos to be attending. "Its ok sis its just another student" He was not belittling or patranising he just wanted to reasure her, he would admit to himslef though that he was far to over protective, he only left her side when she was asleep and he was still awake.
He assumed that this was the other person the lady was talking about.

Kae was head was turning this way and that, noting the rather dull piece art on the wall to the plant that had wilted away on her desk. She figured this woman was either forgetful, lazy or she just didn't care about this kind of stuff. She sat down into the chair and despite her eyes glancing over everything in the room she was quite calm. She knew her brother was inches away and that soothed her paranoid, nervous and fragmented mind.
When Kae heard the door open and someone enter her first instinct was to spin round and see who it was but she was trying her best to stay focused and normal. She took a deep breath and forced her eyes to stay on the dusty print of a fishing boat that was hanging on the wall behind the desk. Her brothers re-assurance helped her to sit still. She had found the spot in her mind where things happened on at a time and so a regular train of thoughts was possible. It was unlikely this would last long but it was nice when it happened. "Thank you brother," she whispered to him as she kept her eyes stationary. She watched as the Jounin sat down and her focus wavered again.

Yanagi nodded at the Jounin’s words, and didn’t react to those of the other students out of politeness, though she heard every word. She took a few silent steps into the office, listening to where the three other sets of footsteps went. The light two she’d heard before had already fallen quiet, but she’d heard them walk forward a few steps, then stop after the slight uneven sound of someone taking small steps as they sat down. One set of the two remained standing.
Slightly heavier, more confident steps continued further after speaking, moving around to the side then looping back on themselves before the sound of a seat being taken reached Yanagi’s ears. Must be an obstacle in the way; a desk most probably.
Quietly, Yanagi followed, stopping roughly at the same distance the younger pairs of steps had then reaching her hand out slowly, for the back of the chair. Finding it, she easily sat down, never making any unnecessary noise, as ever. It made listening for things easier if there were fewer distracting sounds going on at the same time, so Yanagi tried to minimize the amount of unneeded sound she made herself.

Yuzumi examined the three genin that sat before her. She knew she should have told the elders where to shove the placement when they told her she was to come out here. Senri was already making life hell but now the kids were arriving and she had to care about their well being. The boy who chose to stand annoyed her, he looked untidy standing whilst everyone else remained seated. He seemed overly protective of the girl which also irritated her. If they were to become ninja they'd have to learn to be independant of each other. "You are all here to be registered, this is so that if you go missing or get killed there is proof you made it this far," she said with the usual fierceness creeping back into her speech although she maintained a bored sound in this statement. She wanted to scare them a little since it was their fault she now had paper work to do. She opened a drawer and pulled out a file, it was full of the names of the students the academy were expecting and a list of questions she was to ask them.
"If you answer my questions quickly and honestly we'll get this over with soon enough," she explained. "To make things move faster I'll ask you a couple of questions and you'll all answer one after the other? Sound simple? Fist I need you to confirm your names and nations of origin and then tell me your age and speciality from your academies back home." She was ready to write down the answers as the came from each genin.

" My name is Ishu Hakkyou, im 13 from Amegakure and i am a Unique Genjutsu specilest."" He smiled before waiting for his sisters reply, he knew that since he was here she would be able to do everything her self and relaxed his need to help her. He was beginning to dry off but the floor under his was saoking now, his hair was almost completly dry but out of place and so he decided to look for a shiny object to fix it in, The only thing he found was the plaque on her open door so decided not to leave his sister. He fixed it on his own it was still no better. He sighed.

Kae's attention was seized by the arrival of the third genin. Her head snapped round as she examined every detail of the willowy figure. Her eyes moved up and up until they were focused on Yanagi's aluring green eyes. The way the way they didn't seem to focus on anything fascinated Kae so much she found herself reaching out and waving her hand infront of Yanagi's face.
Kae was brought sharply back to reality when she herad he brothers voice and realised she had no idea what the Jounin had asked them. She figured by changing Ishu's answer to fit her she could bluff her way though knowing what was going on. "My name is Kae Hakkyou, I'm 13 from Amegakure and i'm a Taijutsu specialist," she said repeating Ishu. Her voice changed as she tried to immited him. She glanced at him and changed her face to mimic his smile.

The change was very, very slight; Yanagi barely noticed it. But it was there. A minute change in...what, temperature?...something along those lines, right in front of her face. Had it been by itself it would have confused the heck out of her, but coupled with the lightest of breezes against her skin she guessed something was being moved in front of her face. Warm... Examining the less-than-a-degrees difference warmth, Yanagi sensed it stretched out to the side, though she couldn’t trace it more than an inch.
As it moved, creating the vague feeling of shifting air, a faint rustling of clothes came from the direction it apparently stretched towards. A hand, then? Possibly. Tilting her head slightly was Yanagi’s way of glancing at people, and is what she did now to ‘look’ at the student next to her as the one standing answered.
The sensation vanished rapidly at his words, which were soon followed by those of the student who had seated herself. Mentally shrugging to herself, Yanagi waited for Kae to finish speaking before giving her own answer.
“I’m Yanagi Fuyu, twelve, from Konohagakure. I’m a weapons specialist.” Yanagi spoke quietly as she added her information to the verbal list, tilting her head back to look at the Jounin, though the initial movement had been so small it hardly mattered.
